By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that:
6.1 You agree not to use Awn services or make any purchase orders for any illegal or fraudulent activity and to immediately contact Nabout if you believe that your Awn account may be subject to unauthorized use, account seizure or any other type of fraudulent activity or Security breach. By using Awn services, you agree that you will not assist or enable others to do any of the following:
(a) Violate or Circumvent any laws or regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or elsewhere, agreements with third parties or third party rights or agreements with us, including this Agreement.
(b) Provide us with false, inaccurate or misleading information.
(c) Provide identifying information or any other information that belongs to anyone other than you.
(d) Using another person's Awn account for your own benefit or on behalf of another person.
(e) Use your Awn account for any reason other than the legitimate use of Awn services.
(f) Opening or using multiple Awn accounts.
